Movement as Art.

Meet Lei Lei

Lei Lei de Kirby is a movement educator and yoga teacher specializing in strength, mobility, and supporting recovery for vertical athletes for two decades. With a background in yoga, dance, and professional aerial arts, she brings over twenty years of experience working with climbers and other high-demand movement disciplines.

Her work centers on injury prevention, performance, and long-term sustainability. Drawing from her experience as a professional athlete, teacher, and studio owner, she helps students build strength, restore mobility, and move with greater efficiency.

Informed by her studies in somatic psychotherapy and Ayurveda, her approach supports focus, resilience, and recovery for athletes operating in high-demand environments.

Current Class Offerings

Each class is intentionally crafted to build strength, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation, helping you move with greater awareness, efficiency, and ease.

Yoga for Climbers
In Yoga for Climbers, we focus on the areas that tend to get overworked in climbing. Expect intentional joint prep, hip and shoulder mobility, chest opening, balance work, and mindful movement designed to support both performance and recovery. This class is built to help you move more efficiently while also giving your body the care and maintenance it needs to stay strong and resilient.

Flow & Restore
Cultivate strength and flexibility while building deeper body awareness. We begin with gentle opening shapes and gradually build into a steady, warming vinyasa flow that supports mobility, stability, and breath connection. The practice then downshifts into supported restorative postures, giving your nervous system space to settle. You will leave feeling warm, spacious, and more grounded in your body.

Vinyasa Flow
Move through a steady, breath-led sequence that builds strength, mobility, and fluidity. This class links postures together in a continuous flow, helping you develop heat, focus, and full-body awareness. Expect a balanced practice that challenges you while still leaving space to move with intention and ease.

Restorative Yin
Settle into a slow, deeply supportive practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. This class blends longer yin-style holds with fully supported restorative shapes to encourage deep tissue release and quiet stillness. Expect a grounding, spacious experience that helps your body unwind and your mind soften.
